Vertex Office is engineered as a practical byproduct of Dainpro's applied AI research. Unlike cloud-based AI office suites, our foundational design requirement is absolute data sovereignty: your proprietary documents, communications, spreadsheets, and prompts must remain solely under your physical control without external exposure.

2. Information We Do NOT Collect

To provide complete clarity to our users, enterprise auditors, and operating system security reviewers (including Microsoft Defender SmartScreen and browser safety mechanisms), we explicitly declare that we do not collect any of the following:

• No Personal Identifiers: We do not ask for, collect, or store your name, email address, physical address, phone number, company name, or account credentials. There is no account creation or registration required to download or use Vertex Office.
• No Document or Query Data: Files opened in Vertex Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, LibreOffice formats, PDFs, text) and queries submitted to the internal AI/RAG engine are processed exclusively in your computer's local memory (RAM/CPU/GPU). No text, embeddings, or prompts are ever sent to remote cloud servers.
• No Telemetry or Usage Analytics: Our applications contain zero background diagnostic beacons, usage tracking telemetry, crash reporting pings, or behavioral analytics.
• No Hardware or Device Fingerprinting: We do not collect MAC addresses, machine GUIDs, hardware serial numbers, or advertising identifiers.
• No Cookies or Web Trackers: The website vxsuites.com does not use tracking cookies, marketing pixels, session recording scripts, or third-party advertising networks.

3. 100% Local Processing by Default & Tailored Safety Measurements

Vertex Office couples the trusted open-source LibreOffice standard with Vertex RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and local AI runtimes:

• 100% Local by Default: The AI inference engine and document indexing algorithms operate completely locally on your computer with no internet connection required.
• Tailored to User Requirements & Safety Measurements: Users have complete freedom to define their operational perimeter. System prompts, local AI parameters, and workflow rules can be tailored to align precisely with your organization's specific requirements and safety measurements.
• Non-Trainable AI: The internal AI engine is strictly non-trainable. It does not update its neural weights, fine-tune models, or save persistent caches from your confidential work.
• Zero Cloud AI Leaks: Unlike commercial office plugins that relay document context to third-party cloud APIs, Vertex RAG never exposes your data to remote model endpoints.

4. Installer Transparency (`VertexOnlineInstaller.exe`)

The Vertex Online Installer is an official setup utility created solely to simplify the deployment of Vertex Office and the Vertex Internal AI Manager on 64-bit Windows 10 and Windows 11 systems:

• Functionality: The installer contacts our authentic domain (vxsuites.com) to download the runtime binaries, unpackages them to the designated local directory, and creates standard Windows desktop and start menu shortcuts.
• Zero Bundled Software: The installer does not bundle, install, or promote any third-party adware, toolbars, cryptocurrency miners, search hijackers, or unwanted background services.
• No Background Services: The installer does not establish persistence for analytics or background monitoring. Once setup is complete, the installer terminates.

5. Operating System & Browser Safety Verification

Because Vertex is newly released software without millions of historical downloads, automated security reputation filters—such as Microsoft Defender SmartScreen in Microsoft Edge—may display an initial precautionary prompt stating that the file "isn't commonly downloaded" or "might be harmful".

This is standard heuristic behavior for newly hosted executables that have not yet built up download reputation. The installer is completely clean, contains no malicious payloads, and has undergone verification. Users can safely proceed by selecting Keep → Show more → Keep anyway.

6. Third-Party Websites & External Services

Our website may provide informational links to external platforms such as YouTube (embedded video tutorials), Reddit, Twitter/X, and our parent organization Dainpro.com. When you follow an external link or interact with third-party embedded content, their respective privacy policies apply.
